The Champion lab is committed to providing a diverse, inclusive and supportive environment for all members, including those from underrepresented or minority groups. This stimulates different ways of thinking, which fosters creativity and innovation. It enables open dialogue and respect among our lab members, to emphasize the value each person contributes. Our lab fosters leadership and mentoring skills to enable each person to reach their full potential and help others do the same.
