Unexpected Downtime (July 30 – July 31)

PWP has been having intermittent downtime issues for the last 72 hours. However, our leadership team appears to have identified the issue and corrected it.

PWP Changes for Fall 2016

In preparation for the start of the Fall 2016 semester, the PWP administration team is rolling out some changes to enhance security, usability, and flexibility of our end users and their fantastic websites.

July Office Hours Cancelled

PWP Virtual Office Hours and Open Help Desk Hours have been canceled for July 2016.

During this time, PWP administrators will be working on security and functionality preparations for the Fall 2016 semester. These updates will be highlighted in a future news post.

Plugin Cleanup

PWP administrators will be conducting a continual clean up of all existing plugins over the next few months to remove all up-sellpromotional, and upgrade messaging and advertisements.

As more of our third-party plugins are moving to this model, we want to make sure that your editing experience is not marred and complicated by advertisements and distractions.

These changes should roll out instantaneously once completed and will clean up the administrative menus for all websites.

If you are unable to access a menu page or dashboard item you were able to previously, please contact the PWP team and we can look into the issue further.

Virtual Office Hours: June 2016

PWP Virtual Office Hours is an opportunity for faculty, staff, and graduate students to ask questions and receive help from the comfort of their computer screen. By using video conferencing software provided by campus, users can ask questions, show their desktop, and receive help without having to leave their office.
