Meeples & Modules is the product of informal, infrequent social get-togethers by Drupal users on campus in an effort to have casual conversation about all things web on campus. The goal of this initiative is to strip the procedural and formal atmosphere of meetings and conferences. In its place, these monthly gatherings allow informal discussion where topics, ideas, questions, and thoughts can be shared for discussion and feedback.

Plus, the winners of each event receive a prize as determined by the community’s communal swag pile.

Meeples & Modules is currently spearheaded by Eric Sembrat of the College of Engineering: Dean’s Office.

Meeples & Modules traditionally meets on the first Friday of each month. However, the project is currently on hiatus.
