My paper titled “Easy Sculpting: A Pilot Study in Teaching High School Students Machining with CNC without Learning G-code” was published in volume 33, issue 6A of the International Journal of Engineering Education. The paper showcased how to use CAD/CAM software to simplify some machining concepts such as process planning, accessibility, fixturing, etc. to a group of high school students with the promise of lowering barriers of teaching new technology to a non-college workforce.
