Andrew R. Sedler
Andrew is currently a PhD student in Georgia Tech’s interdisciplinary Machine Learning program. He is using ideas from machine learning and graph theory to build applications that make it easier to view and learn from biomedical semantic networks. We believe that an up-to-date, unbiased semantic network extracted from the text of biomedical articles can quickly enrich the understanding of scientists by bringing previously hidden insights to the surface. Andrew graduated with a BS in Bioengineering from Clemson University in 2017.
Breanna Marie Lee
Breanna is a first-year PhD student in the Georgia Tech-Emory joint Biomedical Engineering program. Her research interests involve using machine learning to develop diagnostic tools for neurological disorders. She is especially passionate about harnessing the power of prediction algorithms and data visualization to revolutionize healthcare. Breanna was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA, where she received her bachelor’s in chemical engineering at Louisiana State University.
